The house has a very unique layout. There are 2 front doors and separate "entertaining" areas which is especially great if you have a full house . There is a little game area which can be used as a kid area or for adult who wishes to have a quiet area or watch TV or play games. I think it would be great for couple or a family that need a little space for different activities. There is a huge TV in the main living room area when you walk into the front door. The kitchen is fine but I would've want to cook a big meal there bc there isnt much counter soacrr

The whole house absolutely exceeded our expectations! The LVP throughout was perfect for the dogs and the complete renovations of the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were exquisite! The beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept on! Entertainment areas (plural) were ideal for separating children from adults. We can't wait to stay here again because the location was perfect as well! 10 Star Host Jessica is our newest Best Friend and Her House will always be our Go To Property in Indianapolis!

Perfect spot for the 500

Close to the track and perfect for 6 adults. Cute neighborhood very close to shopping and a cute downtown. Easy stay, no issues.

Property was okay! However , you can tell they are still remodeling and for the price it should’ve been a slightly cheaper . Everyone was comfortable and the owner accommodated my 3 dogs instead of the rule of 2. Good location on where my family and I needed to be. . TVs are a little dated so we didn’t watch it . Other than that it’s in development but it’s stayable .

Great Stay

The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Jessica was quick to respond and accommodated our early check in request. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and my family really enjoyed the game room. I would certainly stay here again!

Brownsburg House

Stayed here with my wife and kids, Jessica met us and showed us all around and made sure there was no leaks after her recent repair. Driveway and sidewalks were plowed and salt put down before we arrived.

Washing machine and dryer not working, front door difficult to open, outdoor deck rotted and holes , shower backs up in 1/2 bathroom ,front walk muddy from recent sewer repairs told not to track mud in to house , but no mop available, difficult to contact host
