The carpets in the bedroom either need to be cleaned or removed. Both rooms had stains. The stains in the master bedroom looked like urine stains. The couch in the living room was unstable. The legs were loose.
There process of not allowing anyone under 25 to rent was rediculous. I spent more than 2 hours arguing with them that my daughter was going to be there first and that is why I put her name down first. I wouldn't spend that kind of money for her to party. They descriminate against young people!!!! They started being nicer to me as soon as I said that.
This was the worst experience possible with a airbb, it took 3 different ways to get in the place, and it only had 1 key, 1 parking space, and it was underground and only one way in with the same key. Area was not close to any good restaurants, mostly college kids. I will never never ever stay with them again. But it was advertised as room for 4 small beds almost on the floor.
The owners were very communicative, the apartment was clean and nice. There is a Thai restaurant and an orange theory in the building. Everything was very easy and accessible. I'd definitely stay here again!
This was our second stay with this company. First time we had another apartment but in the same complex. We had such a good experience we decided to book again with them for this trip. Not disappointed. Apartment was equally good.
Clean room. My first time staying and I arrived at the location late in the evening on Friday. I was not sure about the access code process for entry, so I called the help line. Reached a live person immediately who walked me through the process. Very helpful. Clean room, great location.
Condo was great but check-in was extremely frustra
The condo was comfortable and in a good location for visiting Butler. However, the check-in process was difficult because one step in the instructions was confusing and the lock box for the key fob was broken. I reached out to customer service the day before check-in and did not receive a response. When I arrived at the property I was told that the lock box was offline and it took almost an hour to identify the key for the unit. Apparently they asked the cleaning service to remove all the keys from the lock box and set them on top. It was difficult to identify the room key because they were not labeled. Customer service should have reached out to notify customers if the issue with obtaining the key, but there was no communication.
Great stay. For some reason I thought I was booking a hotel, so was pleasantly surprised when we were checked in to an apartment. And it was cheaper than the hotels we looked at! We were so happy with our stay, we purchased another trip for next month to see Moulin Rouge at the theater. Thanks for a great experience.
We had a lovely stay here! The host was very hospitable and accommodating to us. They make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very nice and nicely decorated and furnished. It was clean and very comfortable. I would stay here over a hotel any day. The host was very kind and they were very easy to reach via text/phone call. We would love to stay here again. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
Pros: clean, good sized studio apartment, very close to public transportation, quiet, and well-maintained apartment building.
Cons: confirmation process for reservation was lengthy, funky smell like someone cooked with a lot of spices in the whole apartment that remained for the whole weekend, key fob for parking garage did not work, parking pass was missing, parking space in garage does not accomodate large vehicles, and the bed was very uncomfortable.
I will not stay with CozySuites again. The check in and check out process did not go well. They did not send the code to the key box in my confirmation email. It was impossible to call from the key box location because of reception issues. The key box was not online and it took a good 30 minutes to get checked in. The beds were not comfortable.
