~Guests rooms on 2nd floor include 2 Queen size beds and Jack & Jill bathroom
~Downstairs bunk beds features full beds with room for 2 people on bottom and 1 on top
8 min walk to Fountain Square
~Less than 10 min drive to Lucas Oil and Downtown
15 min drive to Indy Speedway

House was custom built in 2021 for a member of the local NBA team that was traded.
All luxe touches and finishes.
The house was decorated by local interior designer Winland Designs to ensure luxury stay with comfort in mind.
The house has every cooking appliance a Chef could use to enjoy and entertain guests.
First Floor has full bunk bed bedroom, full bathroom, open concept kitchen, dinning table, living room and tv.
Second floor is where the other 3 bedrooms are located, primary (king bed) with luxury ensuite bathroom (JAW DROPPING!), other 2 bedrooms (queen beds) with Jack & Jill bathroom. Washer dryer also located on this floor.
Third floor has half bath and rooftop patio with city skyline views.

Other things to note
Our communication is up to you, can be as little and as much as needed. I am always readily available for you through the VRBO app.

What a stunning place! It is well-stocked, extremely clean, beautifully modern, and the primary bedroom shower and tub!!! Also, the rooftop patio was just dreamy. We were taking design notes for our next home. We will definitely be back.

The property was absolutely amazing. It had everything we needed, to include small touches like shoe mats at the front and back doors due to adverse weather. Owners were great and very amenable to our situation. They responded to all questions and inquiries quickly. I would absolutely stay here again. We are frequent travelers and the kids ranked this property as top three all-time and we rent 3-4 times a year.

Great home for a stay in Indianapolis

Home is fairly new and well kept. Clean and comfortable. Bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. Anthony has done a good job of anticipating his guest needs. Lots of nice towels. Extra pillows, coffee machine with a coffee bar, and he even had a fan in the master closet. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Weekend Retreat

Great House and Location!

The house was perfect with plenty of space for our family to either spread out or meet up in the living room/dining area. The master shower was really nice! The location was fantastic. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, and downtown Indy.We had 2 issues pop up, but Anthony responded within 1 hour for the first (tub faucet) and we had already checked out before he responded to the second (the washer wasn't working). To be fair, we messaged after 11pm. Otherwise, I believe Anthony would have responded. Great host! Highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous Home Near Downtown

My coworkers and I had a fantastic visit to Indianapolis and we loved staying in this beautiful home. It's a fresh, clean, and modern house in close proximity to the downtown area. I will be looking for this place in particular the next time I visit!

NIO Summit Nonprofit conference

Our leadership team and a few other board members attended the NIO Summit conference in Indianapolis. We stayed in this house and we cannot express how nice it was! Our only regret is that we didn’t get stay longer. 10/10 recommend. Beautiful home.

Exceeded our expectations!

This property was fantastic!! From the high end luxury primary bath to the upper deck lounge area, this house exceeded our expectations. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was oversized and the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in away from home. The owner places meticulous care into making sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. What you see in the photos is what you get! We highly recommend this property and would book our stay here again in the future!

Great Stay in Great Location

We enjoyed our week here. Location was fantastic and it was an easy trek to downtown/stadium. The garage parking was a huge perk. House was extremely clean and tidy. Every amenity we needed was provided. Host was easy to communicate with and response time on the question we had was immediate. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls getaway

We recently booked this home for a one night stay. The women in our family were attending a Stevie Nicks concert. It was perfect for several women due to everyone having their own bedroom and plenty of bathrooms to get ready. There was a 2 car garage for parking our vehicles and everything was locked and fenced in. If we had more days there, we would have taken advantage of the fabulous kitchen. We felt safe and we would stay here again. The house was very clean and well organized. The only suggestion we have is to be sure the garage is swept out so debris is not tracked into the house. Great property!
