It was located perfectly to be able to access downtown using ride sharing. Breakfast was great as usual. The bed was harder/stiffer than I remembered from previous Hampton visits. Room was overall for the price just right for this trip
Great area with loads of shopping and food close by.
The only issue I had was regarding comfort. I struggled to get comfortable enough to have a good nights sleep. The 2 issues were the pillows and the temperature. Being a side sleeper, the pillows were soft but not supportive enough. The air con seemed to work well, but the comforter was stifling hot and there were not any layers to take off.
This was a good stat on our trip but I noticed when we got in bed both comforters to both queen beds hadn’t been washed. The first had jam, ketchup, and what I think was mustard. The second had a blood stain. I know they were new because the food was crusted on. The sheets appeared clean. Besides that it was ok.

Poor customer service. Not friendly at at all. Breakfast very little options and not kid friendly. They had eggs with all thing little one don’t like in it. Waffle batter empty and no one really re-filling as it should.
This is a tough review to write because Hampton is our go-to brand and we really like the staff at this location. BUT…
1. The first room we were assigned smelled like a dog lived in it. Never mind that I’m asthmatic: it smelled. We tried to accept it for about 20 minutes but couldn’t hack it. They gave us another room and told us a) yes that first one WAS the “pet room” and b) “But we CLEANED it”.
Okay hotel owners take note: when a room has pets in it, for the next guest it will either smell like the animal or like cleaning supplies (same concept as a smoking room). In this case it smelled like “dog” but either way it’s unacceptable at a Hampton Inn.
They gave us a normal room which was great, just as we always expect at Hampton, but what lingers is the odd standard: they didn’t really see an issue with giving us the dog room.
2. At breakfast there was moldy bread & English muffins.. The attendant wanted to just remove the product with visible mold - we insisted they start over with fresh packages. Who knows if they did. Again, this is a curious lack of standards for a Hampton.
Other than these issues the hotel was good: appeared well-maintained, nice staff, pretty normal Hampton.

Quiet, safe property. Closer to everything I needed. Clean
Really nice indoor pool and laundry facilities. Great hot breakfast every morning with something different every day, not just muffins, fruit and juice. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Community trash cans could have been emptied more often and elevators smelled kind of musty but overall very clean. Close to all kinds of restaurants and highways. Very nice visit. Thanks again.
I chose this hotel because I had a rental car and wanted to stay somewhere which offered free parking and was straightforward to reach from downtown Indianapolis and the airport. The hotel is also located in a quiet area with several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. My room was spacious, clean, quiet and had a fridge and microwave. The room decor is on par with several downtown hotels I’ve stayed at previously. Free coffee is available throughout the day near the reception desk. Overall this hotel proved to be a great choice!
