This stay was excellent. The room was super clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The Valets were incredible,Wes and Zack. You couldn’t find a better Valet than Wes!

So clean and nice ! Only issue was the rooftop bar. It was very loud but they sure know how to throw down. Music stopped at midnight and we finally got some sleep.

Very noisy!!!!! Basketball arena is across the street and will be noisy with crowds and cars until 2am on game days. Also there is major construction going on and it starts very early. Valet is rude!!!!! Front desk not helpful to resolve room issues. You get one set of linens for your stay, so bring your own towels! I’m done with Hyatt, inexcusable especially at a premium price.

Overall, great stay and convenient for a game at Gainbridge. We had dinner at the Pivot and the wait staff was very friendly, and quick. Minor drawback is that it takes a long time for elevators.
