To pay around $350/night and (1) not have daily room service (as advertised), (2) not have a seafood restaurant (as advertised), (3) bar and breakfast area times should be adjusted to events around them, (4) room shade did not go all the way down so Gainbridge Fields sign brightly shined through into room all night, (5) room temp was too warm to sleep, even after trying to adjust, (6) only 1 wash cloth provided, and (7) no indoor walking to convention center. Bar waitress was awesome - only bright spot for this hotel!

Lobby bar is always understaffed. No surprise there. Everyone hustling, but always need another server and bartender. Been here quite a bit.Until this stay, the staff has always been excellent. The Young lady who checked us in was dismissive and rude. On her phone while checking us in. Whatever was on her phone was clearly more important than checking us in. We will definitely return. I would assume this young lady will either be much better or gone when we stay next.

Tv didn’t work the last night blamed on a snow storm that brought about 2 inches of snow. Overcharge you money for everything. Breakfast was cold. Pool and the people were nice.
