Everything about the room was great. View of the arena we were going to watch a game. Breakfast was great. We happen to be there with a state wrestling tournament going on in the arena we were attending for the game on the day we arrived. Then of course as I expected after seeing the amount of people and kids. The hallways were loud and annoying with the kids running up and down the halls yelling and playing. Hotel staff didn’t seem to mind, so we had to suffer. Poor timing, of course but unpleasant none the less. The main part was the parking was an additional 25% of my bill. When I was told to park in the garage and bring my ticket to the counter to receive my room keys, I very specifically asked how the parking worked out. I was told it’s was all part of the room reservation. I once again asked if I had to pay anything extra, and was once again told “ seemingly annoyed” I might add, that it was taken care of. Upon check out seeing my bill was over a hundred dollars more than I was quoted. Then it was explained that the parking fee was not part of the reservation. Extremely poor communication. Other than the parking that was not communicated well, the location was great, room was great, food options was great. Overall I would stay again if attending another basketball game.

The room was spotless. The staff was outstanding. I needed the Gideon Bible, I do not understand why each room doesn't have the traditional Gideon Bible in the bedstand. I appreciated the 12 noon checkout time. I did not notice signs that said to go up to the second floor to check in to the hotel. I felt lost..

Not sure if it was just my floor, but the entire floor and smelled like marijuana and it actually went through the ventilation system into my room. That rubber mat should be left in the shower, not underneath the sink where you have to discover the shower floors very slowly by falling to begin with.
