We had an amazing stay. The only issue we had was the valet. We had alerted ballet via text at 10 AM went down to the valet. Stand stood there for 10 minutes before someone asked us our names then it took another 20 minutes for us to get our car people that came after us got their cars before we did.

Highly recommend this property! Fantastic location! Walkable and safe. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The hotel itself appears new and is very clean. I will definitely stay here again!

The staff was so friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. The breakfast was AMAZING. One of the best we have ever had at hotels. The proximity to Gainbridge Fieldhouse was perfect. Only downside was the mattresses and pillows need an upgrade. They were too soft.

Parking was $52 a night, on 6th floor and keys would not work, had to go back down to get new ones limited food..was told 2 restaurants but a limited menu in the only eating area. Other restaurant closed and moved out. very noisy in lobby seems like a lot of money to have these problems. Not a bad place but they need to take care of repairs!

Was there the night the Pacers lost in the Finals so it was a hectic scene and seemed fun and energetic. But even well after the game was over, the long straight street welcomed loud vehicles/motorcycles that ripped down the road like a drag race at all hours until the sun came up; the hotel didn't deflect any sounds of that nature. Room was very nice. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner options around hotel were plentiful. Not a very busy atmosphere for a Monday.

Aside from the poor in-room cleanliness (which includes other people's hair all over the room and an unvacuumed carpet), the biggest issue with this property is the in-room air conditioning system. If you think you can control the temperature by setting your thermostat to a specific temperature, think again. The building uses a centralized system that never seems to reach the desired temperature. It's absolutely miserable, to the point where I had to leave early. Imagine staying in a room you've paid over $300 per night for, and being unable to cool it down or heat it up.

We had to wait until 3:45 to check in to our room and the bathroom in the lobby was closed for cleaning - made it very uncomfortable to wait on our room after traveling!
