So the receptionist in the front desk was trying to charge me $100 per day because of Indy 500 and would not take my reservation from Expedia even though I had already paid. I told him I will file a lawsuit and when he saw me trying to contact Expedia. He pretended that he was on the phone with management and he mention it was a mistake and gave me the keys. As soon as I went inside the room I noticed it was never clean. It was horrible and I didn’t have a choice because that weekend it was sold out because of the Indy 500 it was the worst experience ever the floors were nasty. thank God I brought my sandals I have pictures to prove how dirty it was. The bathroom was dirty, the walls and few pieces of the bathroom broken. I can’t believe Expedia has this hotel on the list.

Laminate floors were filthy. Walking barefoot for 5 minutes turned our feet black. Room smelled musty or from meth. No hairdryer. Beds were rock hard with no fitted sheet. Bathroom door completely destroyed from the looks of a locked in dog. Bathroom door didn't lock and barely shut. An inch of dust/dirt on the bathroom fan with no cover and not working. 3 cockroaches seen in the room during our two night stay. A dozen old needles and a liquor bottle found in the cabinet under the television. Front door of room seemed to be broken into previously. Owner of the property checked us in around 4pm. Just after 10pm of the same night and after I just crawled into bed, the owner just walked right into the room with no warning or knock. Very sketchy area and sketchy tenants in the other rooms. Do not stay here!!! Very unsafe and filthy.

This property is not at all like the pictures. Do not trust anything about the listing. I wish I could post the pictures of the place here to show you. I personally worried about my safety and things like bed bugs as even the showers were peeling.

Never again

Very nasty bugs everywhere even in refrigerator and microwave. Their was mold all on the ceiling. Bathroom was disgusting floors was very dirty and when you tell staff they act as if they don't care no will I ever say there again.

The owner was nice but this was the worst hotel/motel experience I’ve ever had. My room was a complete disaster and looked like it’s been neglected for a long time. The paint on the wall was peeling away, they had drilled holes mid way through our stay to run wires between rooms and never bothered to clean up the dry wall. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. The floors and bathroom were fairly dirty. The shower handle’s fixture was broken and had to be held in place with my other hand before pulling, otherwise it would break off of the wall. The room key kept getting reset. Worst of all there were SEVERAL cockroaches and bugs in our room and bathroom. I will never again stay in this location nor recommend it to anyone else.

The photos are a lie! This place hasnt been cared for or updated in years. The neglect shows from the lack of pest control, holes in the wall and actually black mold.

The property is severely run down infested with cockroaches and had a significant police presence on site when we arrived back. It was so bad that my wife refused to stay there for the one night. When we could not find other lodging, we chose to drive over 600 miles home at 12:30 at night. Travelocity should be ashamed of allowing such a bad place to be listed with them. We are never going back!

There was dirty underwear on the floor of the room. Requested a double room for me and my friend but was given one king bed. Nasty stuff in fridge and all over floor and walls. No one had cleaned the room or changed bedding. Didn’t feel comfortable even undoing covers down. Despite this piece of crap hole (so disgusting the word motel is even an insult above whatever this hovel was) and the fact it’s misrepresented wildly, they took great pleasure in stealing my money because they wouldn’t allow a late checkin caused by unforeseen circumstances on the trip to Indianapolis so not only did I waste money on a night I “stayed” (was so nasty couldn’t even sleep, bugs crawling everywhere in the room) I also had money stolen for a night I was not allowed to stay.

Condemn this Hotel

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. This building needs to be condemned. The beds were like box springs. There were bugs crawling all over the inside of the room. I tried to turn the shower on and when I turned the knob a moth flied out. The water wasn't working. And all the owner or manager had to say was its non refundable. Did not care about taking care of his customers. They were just all about stealing your money.

The people at the front desk were so rude and unprofessional it was crazy. Trash underneath the beds, filthy all around and not to mention the roaches crawling in the tub and on walls. This place should be shut down !!!!! Do not waste your money or time at this place it’s a freaking dive 😡😡😡😡 And to top it off they wouldn’t even refund our money back to us !

Don’t stay here

Roaches, holes patched on walls, absolutely disgusting bathroom and floors, smelled of mold and mildew. Paint chipping. Worst hotel I have ever walked into. Just gross. I slept in my car instead. Trying to get a refund.
