This is my second visit. It absolutely the best hotel in Indy. There are great restaurants right outside the building and the hotel restaurant is excellent. The rooms are very clean and I love the industrial decor. The only negative is there pillows are awful.

Disappointed

The room was freezing and we couldn’t change it. Had to go to front desk. Then it never really warmed up. Wanted to get ice. Had to call or text front desk. Said they didn’t have my info to deliver it. By the time we received the ice we were done with our meal. No fridge or microwave. Just a case full of liquor.

Hello, we are sorry you did not have the best experience with us. You deserved better! We can change the temperature for your room by calling the front desk. I apologize we did not get the ice to you in time. I have since talked to our guest service agents. We will be happy to remove items from the mini bar fridge during your next stay that way you will have the entire fridge for your items. I hope we can host you again with the outcome your deseve.

This was a very upscale trendy hotel with huge windows and abundant light in the daytime, when the sun goes down, it turns dark and sultry. The attached restaurants are very popular with the locals and you'll need restaurants for Friday or Saturday dinners. Small fitness center has everything you need for a good workout. Very impressed mini bar but no price list any where? This is a costly stay but if you're wealthy, this is what you're looking for.
