Really convenient location with great parking. Lots of walkable shops and beautiful architecture! Everyone I talked to was very friendly and the facility was clean and well maintained. I had a corner room, which I’ve never had before. Windows wrapped all around the room, so much natural light, it was lovely!

Although the front desk staff was nice, when I asked about other parking, he said there was parking underground. At that time, he could have checked me in, gave us our key (which is needed to get back inside without going outside & around the block). In addition, we needed to get a ticket to put in our car so they know our car should be there. In the meantime, my boyfriend found parking on the main level, luckily, or we would have needed to go back to put the number in our car. The room was fine, but cups not wrapped in pastic, the tub, had rust spots. In addition, the hotel is on 2 busy streets, and a heliport, where I heard a helicopter & motorcycles, and I have a hard time sleeping as it is. In the a.m., by 9:00, they were out of egfs, and the bacin didn’t look cooked. They replenished them both, but at that time, we tried mushy french toast & old bagles. They o.j. was in containers &didn’t taste goid. I know it is an inexpensive hotel, but all of this was not the best experience.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Continental breakfast and coffee were good. Hotel was fairly updated, hallways could use some love & new carpet. Elevator was extremely tiny. Downtown traffic was noisy, kept us up most of the night.

good location in downtown but difficult to enter the garage without having to circle around the building. Staff were professional. Everything clean. Elevator very small and so was our room. Notified management that the A/C was not operating properly. No response. Asked the front desk for hot water. They said you have a microwave in your room. I said it didn’t work and neither did the coffee maker. Response: “Nice.” No fix. Located about a block or two from a train line that runs ALL NIGHT. Bedspread was dirty upon check-in. They brought us a thin blanket while we were gone and left it on the bed. Fortunately, it wasn’t cold enough in the room to need a heavier bedspread. I could go on, but you could imagine. We will return to Indy for future trips. This hotel will not be an option for our stay.

This hotel is my benchmark for adequate. Bed was comfortable enough, shower worked better than expected. There's just an odd smell in the stairwell. The breakfast was fine, but I don't think I'd have that coffee ever again. The staff was helpful and friendly enough! I had come for GenCon and the location was great; just a 15 minute walk to ICC, but far enough from everything to be quiet at night. Wi-Fi worked great. Also, it's weird that it appears the entryway off the sidewalk is the same space as the entrance to the parking lot. I wouldn't be mad if I ended up here, but I may look for another hotel in the future.

Nice spot for GenCon

Hotel is dated, walk to convention center is straight shot and 10 minutes. Breakfast was limited but decent. Hotel staff is awesome! Price to value 10/10
