The staff is welcoming and efficient. Since this is a historic hotel, the rooms are small but newly renovated and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Two items I must ding them on—the phone did not work so unable to call front desk; there was no shampoo in the shower.

The front desk staff is AMAZING - Katie, Sade, Jarron and another sweet lady I can’t remember her name and I forgot to ask. Unreasonable Hospitality to say the least. I would stay there again just because of how they treated us. The hotel was clean. There were renovations going on that was loud in the early morning but that will be short term. I wish I didn’t have to hear that. The food at the restaurant I would not eat again, but one of the servers made delicious hot cocoa for me so that was great even though it wasn’t on the menu - again, unreasonable hospitality. The
