This hotel was beautiful. We had an issue with our a/c in our room. We had staff come up twice as it never put out cool air. The second visit it was 10:00 at night and they switched us to a different room. The next issue was the elevators. We waited over 30 minutes for elevators. When trying to leave we ended up taking our items (there was a lot of stuff) and taking the stairs down. The wait for the elevators was ridiculous considering there was a dance competition at the hotel and it was packed!!

They dropped our reservation on the day of our arrival and tried to blame it on Travelocity. No notification and in fact I had done the online check in and still got cancelled by the property. Person at desk was rude about it and would not answer call from Travelocity when trying to correct their error. Ended up without a hotel room for the night. Horrible experience!

The hot water was not very hot in the shower.
