In addition to the main living areas, you will have access to the entire fenced backyard. The home features a garage for one car and a driveway that can accommodate up to three cars.
Contactless, 24/7 Check-In:
For your convenience, we offer a completely contactless check-in experience. Youâll receive a unique front door code 2 days prior to arrival, allowing for secure, easy entry at any timeâday or night.
Guest Portal:
Your guest portal puts everything you need in one place, including property details, local things to do, and helpful house instructions. You can also access the front door lock and control the AC thermostats directly inside the portal, making your stay smooth and stress-free.
Management:
Our property is expertly managed by Rather Be Properties, and weâre committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us through the Vrbo app, by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.
Family-Friendly Comfort:
As parents ourselves, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones, so our space is thoughtfully designed for young families! We provide Pack `n Plays with crib sheets and a high chair for added convenience, along with pool and bath toys to keep the kids entertained. Enjoy kid-friendly dishware, including plastic plates, bowls, cups, sippy cups, and utensils. Plus, thereâs a selection of books, games, and puzzles for family fun time together.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog
Pool heater:
The pool heating system uses a significant amount of natural gas, so activating it incurs a daily fee of $125 (plus tax). This fee will be billed prior to your arrival if you request pool heating.
Hot Tub:
The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If youâd like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and weâll be happy to turn it on for you!
Maintenance:
For your convenience, our pool technician visits on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday sto ensure the pool is clean. Our landscaper services the property on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month. Trash service is provided on Friday mornings with a walk-up collection. These services are scheduled to enhance your stay and are designed not to disturb you.
Desert Living:
Our home is located in the beautiful Coachella Valley desert, where sand and leaves may occasionally blow into the pool, especially on windy days. While our pool cleaners work diligently to keep it clear, weâve provided skimmers for your convenience should you wish to remove any leaves or sand yourself. Our new, taller fence should help reduce this significantly.

House Rules
âą Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
âą Maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests, per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction.
âą No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
âą No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
âą Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
âą Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
âą Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
âą Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Max 4 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighborsâ homes or driveways.
âą Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
âą Firepit, BBQ, and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only.
âą No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
âą Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations, including all rules on the City`s `Good Neighbor Brochure`, provided prior to checkin. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
âą Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
âą Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
