The Space:
Spanning nearly 10,000 square feet across four acres, this unique estate was originally designed by an architect and land developer, blending creativity with comfort. As you arrive, you’ll enter through a private driveway, greeted by serene forest views and open skies.
Guests enter through the main foyer, where architectural details, soaring ceilings, and striking staircases set the tone for the experience ahead. Each room is intentionally designed to inspire connection, relaxation, and fun.
LIVING ROOM:

Yet you are still close to small-town conveniences, cozy eateries, and classic mountain attractions, so it never feels isolated.
Within a short drive, you can reach the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area for hiking, river views, and kayaking along scenic stretches of the Delaware River. In every season, there are easy outings, from waterfall walks at places like Resica Falls to family-friendly animal encounters and mini-zoos popular with visitors.

Getting Around:
We recommend arriving by car, as it will give you the freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful San Pocono Mountains. As you are already aware, we offer free parking by the chalet.
Other Things to Note:
✧ Township regulations limit overnight occupancy to 14 guests and 10 additional daytime visitors (maximum of 24 people total).
✧ Maximum of 8 vehicles allowed on site.
✧ A signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit are required prior to arrival.
✧ The indoor pool is heated year-round to 82–84°F. The outdoor pool operates seasonally.
✧ Hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge are open year-round.
✧ Children must be supervised at all times due to the pools and pond on property.
✧ No loud parties or amplified outdoor music; this home is designed for relaxation, connection, and wellness.
✧ Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request for an additional fee.
✧ A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
We do charge a pool heating fee for the indoor pool - the fee per day is $50 and will be charged through Airbnb resolution center.
