We hosted marriage functions at the Radisson and booked two rooms on different days. The food was average, and the stay was decent. However, despite spending a considerable amount on our event and accommodations, we were disappointed that the staff did not offer any upgrades or benefits, including those from our Expedia membership. Additionally, we found the staff to be inconsiderate. Overall, our experience at this hotel was not satisfactory, and we will likely seek out a better option next time.

Perfectly good hotel for a short stay

Staff was very helpful throughout the stay, especially the concierge. Breakfast buffet was lovely as was the dinner buffet. The only challenge we had was the AC wasn’t properly working in our room. Other than that, it was a good hotel for the price and location.

Room had some kind of stinky smell Most of the options in food menu not available even within the ordering time frame Dryer not working Too old infrastructure in the room Bill settled but still getting call due to mistake of the staff for an unsettled bill Overall poor experience with Radisson
