Publié le 28 oct. 2023 sur HotelsPlease avoid this hotel not at all safe to stay in hotel food you will get hair and fungus food will supply no response from hotel,and the General Manager will consume toboco in front of customers or family it is far from city no cab will be available or if emergency you will struck be careful

I was very impressed overall with the Sheraton Grand Indore. I felt like an honored guest the entire time I was there and I found the staff exceedingly helpful, the food was delcious and the room was immaculate. Saliim in the dining room was greatly concerned that everything was ok for me and he really is an extraordinary person all the way around, a true professional and genuinely nice person. Sanchin at the front door was always nice and pleasant, as was the entire staff.
