Located between Nuremberg and Ingolstadt, a 5-minute drive from Greding—which offers a full range of shopping options—and 10 minutes from Beilngries on the Main-Danube Canal/Altmühl River and other charming towns. The location is very quiet, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Altmühltal Nature Park.

The sauna log cabin, beautifully situated in the house’s garden, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying yourself. It was completely renovated in July 2020, modernized with all new appliances, and tastefully furnished. The cabin features an outdoor kitchen, a gas grill, and a lawn. The modern, heated bathroom is located 20 meters away in the main building. The double bed is in the living/dining area. High-speed Wi-Fi is available (60 Mbit/s), and parking is available on the property directly in front of the house. The sauna can serve as a sleeping area for two people. If you wish to use the sauna with the wood-burning stove, please let us know in advance so we can provide instructional videos. Total property area: 1,182 square meters.

“Monte Signori,” with its valley view, is a wonderfully peaceful place offering a magnificent vista of a completely unspoiled green valley.

The nearest major towns, Greding (4 km) and Beilngriess (9 km), are easily accessible by car or bicycle. In particular, the very pretty town of Beilngries and the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal that flows past it are very attractive, as are the swimming lakes and monasteries—for example, the large Benedictine monastery of Plankstetten, just 5 km away, with an organic grocery store featuring produce from its own organic farm —the Limes (border of the Roman Empire), and the Dinosaur Park are all attractive destinations within the Altmühltal Nature Park.

You can dispose of glass and single-use plastic bottles in the waste containers located at Kirchstrasse 15 in Herrnsberg and another 200 meters further outside of town. Thank you very much.
