The black and white apartment in Innsbruck with 1 living/bedroom and 1 bedroom for a small family or a group of 4 people is equipped with classic wooden floors. In the living room you can watch your favourite shows on the flat screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen and WiFi are available.

Restaurants and supermarkets are within 2 km. The beautiful and popular Tyrolean attraction Ambras Castle is nearby. The landmark Goldenes Dachl is worth exploring. The Bergisel ski jump is also nearby and is an exciting destination for skiing and sports. The Alpenzoo, 5 km away, is a high mountain zoo that houses various alpine animals. You can enjoy a cable car ride up the Nordkette, 12 km away.

We are located in paid parking zone P (Monday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Daily rate €9 or hourly rate. The parking meter is located diagonally opposite the building. There are numerous parking spaces in the street directly in front of the building. Payment can only be made with coins or using the ‘easypark’ app.

We checked into our room to find what appeared to be pubic hair on alot of the surfaces in the room. On the beds, in the bathroom, shower and couch. These hairs were very gross so I requested new sheets for our room as they appeared dirty. Upon this request we were met with threats from the company to call the police for a party we didn’t have in this room. We left a day early and I paid full for all accommodations and the extra night with no complaints beyond the general cleanliness. I continued to receive calls continuously threatening to charge me for having a party that didn’t happen even after we had left. Other than that the property is nice, wouldn’t stay there again.

Be careful

Check-in time is listed as 4:00 pm. We arrived at 2:00 pm Sunday and had to wait outside on the sidewalk until 4:00 pm when the code activated and allowed entrance into the property. The property manager should be more clear about this and the reason why. Otherwise, our stay was very good. If taking the bus into town make sure you have three Euros on hand to purchase a ticket at the bus stop.

Short break to visit the Christmas markets

Great apartment in a smart residential area of Innsbruck, near the Olympic stadium. Easy to get the bus into the centre or drive. Walking to the centre is only about 15 mins. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The sofa bed in the sitting room was very comfortable and our family of 4 did not feel crowded at all. The check in was very easy - all the doors and gates were on key pads, which was more convenient than keys. We loved visiting the Christmas markets of Innsbruck and we also drove over to Bolzano in Italy. Great apartment in a beautiful city for a good price. Highly recommended! Thank you!
