The staff were incredibly gracious and helpful. The breakfast was nice with champagne, eggs to order, ham, salmon, breads... Our only complaint was when we arrived in the evening we were told we were on the 5th floor and the elevator only went to Floor 4. We had 6 heavy bags plus carry-on items with us. There was no mention of this in advance. It was exhausting to get everything up the narrow winding stairs to our room. The room did have a small balcony however.

The hotel is in the centre of the old town. Was ideal for access to all the Christmas markets. As well as lots of shops and many places to eat and drink. Access to public transport was easy with bus stops and taxi rank all in a short distance. The hotel was lovely, we stayed in a large room right at the top which had views of the mountains. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast each morning was a selection of buffet and food cooked to order all was of great quality. We also had an evening meal which was very good. Would highly recommend.

This charming hotel is in the heart of old Innsbruck. Shopping, dinning & bars are just steps away. The restaurant and bar at the hotel are also wonderful. Great customer service and they make you feel very welcome.

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms were amazing and laid out perfectly. It is quaint and quiet. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, and the best by far of any hotel I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend you choose this hotel. It’s right the old town and is walking distance from hundreds of restaurants and shops. The public transport bus and trolley stop is only a couple blocks away. We walked to the funicular and took the tram to the top of Nordkette.

Okay old town hotel

Entrance is not inviting- go through bar to get there. Came on a Sunday, so no staff at desk but bar person checked us in. Staff was friendly.Balcony looks onto an unappealing closed in area- good for smoking I guess. Is in old town, so that was nice since good access to many restaurants & shops, but No nearby parking.

The hotel is beautiful, and the city is beautiful, but what makes this hotel so nice is the staff. Every single staff member that we dealt with was wonderful, charming, and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel for the staff alone.
