⭐ 2/10 – Very Disappointing Stay
I rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel experience was truly disappointing. Our room was directly above the train tracks, and when I asked politely to move to a higher floor, the reception staff brushed me off without a smile. They claimed all rooms were occupied, yet the Expedia app showed multiple available rooms in the same category. To make matters worse, when I mentioned the loud train noise, the 2 lady receptionists ant night insisted it was “not possible” to hear it, which felt dismissive and insulting. I didn’t know that accusing customers lying is part of the service. (I have recorded the noises on videos of the management team wants to hear them) The room was also very dusty, adding to the discomfort.
On the bright side, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of variety, and the gentleman at reception during the day was kind and professional. Unfortunately, the unhelpful staff, noise, and lack of honesty overshadowed these positives, and I cannot recommend this hotel.
