Photos were very deceiving. Room is very old and dusty. Bathroom was horrible (dirty grout. Clogged drainage, stains in the toilet). But location is nice. Only a few minutes walk from Interlarken West. Staff were very friendly. Proper luggage storage room and didn’t make a fuss when we left our luggages for the whole day.

Poor customer service from the lady at the desk

If you want a dirty room that reeks of a fryer, this is the place for you! I’ve never stayed in such a terrible hotel before. We left in the middle of the night because sleeping in the car sounded cleaner. They also refused to do anything about it or offer a refund, so save your money and go somewhere else. Trust me I wish I spent the $20 more to stay in an actual hotel.

We really don't understand where the problem is. After you checked in you did not come over to the front desk to complain about any issues with the room. And the front desk worked until 3am and didn’t see you leaving.It seems unreasonable to ask the hotel to give you a free refund after staying for one night.

Our room was about 20ft from a 26 ton crane and construction site. They started at 7am and banged until 7pm. The indian restaurant below's cooking smells, which smelled great, none tge less were every breath. You could close the window but then the room got warm. The construction noise was the real problem though.

Definitely not a good experiencie

My wife and I stayed in Swiss for 10 days. This hotel was, by far, the worst part of the trip. Beginning by its name, Toscana, you may think it’s Italian style, but it’s not. When arriving, our room had a terrible smell from the restaurant below. The cleaning was bad: mold in the bathroom and spiderwebs in the room. And, the noise was awful. Apparently the were running a construction right next to our window’s room and the noise during the morning was very high. When complaining about this in the morning to the front desk staff (who struggled a bit with English), we suggested to move us to another room, which they did not have available, or allow us to check out one day early and refund the remaining time we already had payed. They informed us that the owners were not available, that they would not be until 2pm, and that they had no way to solve the issue or contact the owners. We could not be waiting because we had other plans to enjoy the city and nearby. So, unfortunately, we faced one more night in the hotel with the issues. Definitely not a good experience.
