Will definitely stay here again

Very clean and neat. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient. Good breakfast. Pool is nice amenity and very clean. I used it a lot but it was otherwise rarely used during my four night stay.

I'd stay again
Posted Oct. 21, 2023 on HotelsI didn't ask much of the staff other than for dining options. All staff spoke enough English to get me by. Friendly and accommodating. Room was small, but clean and had a balcony. Good hot water with good pressure. Good location close to shopping and eating, but far enough away to be very quiet and safe.

Good hotel just a little off the main strip, so quieter but still super easy to walk everywhere. Staff were great, especially in reception and the breakfast area. Great breakfast with good variety. Rooms were fine, with a balcony and view which was nice. Would stay here again if in Interlaken.

The location was great. The room seems its wear and tear. Overall the room was good but when there are no AC in the hotel, it was a bit difficult to sleep at night.
The staffs were wonderful and extremely helpful and insightful. Would recommend this hotel

I cannot recommend Stella Hotel enough…they really treat you like family and they clearly put their clients first. My husband had an accident and had to get surgery at the nearby hotel, and they were so accommodating with our needs. The hotel was also very convenient for us, since it was within walking distance of amazing food, the paragliding park, grocery stores and bus stops. There were also plenty of free parking. The breakfasts were delicious and the attendants were always so kind. There is a pool in the hotel, which was awesome, and a huge balcony. The only minor downsides: interior is a bit older and there is no AC. BEST HOTEL IN INTERLAKEN!!
