A great hotel with amazing staff and enjoyable cocktails. We enjoyed are stay for the weekend. Only downfall was we forgot our swimsuits for the rooftop hot tub

It was great but it don’t make sense that I had to pay again just so they can possibly pay for if you mess up there room but when the tv don’t work and u almost get locked out of your room because it don’t go thru even tho I already paid thru somewhere else. Maybe next time don’t treat your clients like thieves don’t nobody want no 35$ soaps nor does any wnna take ur glasses or the “tv off the wall” as the guy up front said I will never be staying here again hopefully you make it easier for younger people to be at ease!

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize that your personal card was authorized for the amount of the stay. Normally on prepaid reservations we DO take a personal card on arrival, but it is just for us to have on file and not authorized for the stay amount. This way if a guest decides to put purchases from the cocktail lounge or breakfast bar directly to the room, the payment covered. And it is true that we have to protect ourselves in the event someone does damage a room. We believe this is customary for most hotels. We did not mean to make you feel like a thief. Again, please accept our apology for your card being authorized in error. We will address this with the team. We appreciate that you stayed with us and please reach out to us directly if we can better serve you on this matter.

This facility was first class. This time of the year local dining options were very limited. However, the hotel restaurant was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great boutique hotel

We recommend this hotel! The room was great and we loved the sauna and cocktail lounge/restaurant. This hotel is next to some train tracks, if you’re a light sleeper best to request a room away from the tracks with a lake view. We didn’t have any trouble with train noise in room 301.

We had a fabulous stay at the Cantilever! The atmosphere and decor was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We highly recommebd if yoyre lookkng gor a unique experience!
