Great stay

Very clean and pleasant place to stay in the edge of town. We had a room for three, which was spacious…one bed was in the living area with the second bedroom separate. Worked well for our little family

It was a perfect base for exploring invercargill. It was clean, spacious, very comfortable and well appointed. Certainly exceeded our expectations for the price and would happily stay here again should we come back to Invercargill

Broken EV charger, broken fridge, needs rehab

Booked them over others specifically because they noted EV charger as an amenity and we are on a long trip. EV charger was not working and they didn’t know when it would be fixed. Interiors need an upgrade. Fridge didn’t work (regardless of how the fridge switch was flipped), so we had to toss the food we bought.

The location of this motel complex is convenient if you're attending a function at the Ascot as its within walking distance. Other than that, I would not stay at these motels. I felt the bath/shower was extremely unsafe. Climbing over the end of the bath into an enormous spa bath, then trying to wash my body under a rain shower and not get my hair wet as well as avoid slipping, was almost impossible. You cannot reach the handle on the wall to keep you safe as the bath gets slippery - it does not meet the safety requirements. We also wanted a continental breakfast which they offer and there weren't any left - appaling. The couch did not seem clean, and the TV is ridicuously small. I would not recommend these motels.
