Southern best

Nice southern town. It is close to all the facilities and workplaces. The queens park is quiet. The temperature is mild in summer. Invercargill is in the list of destination.

Very dated, steep stairs to access studio room. Carpet very worn (patches with little colour). Bathroom awkward - I had to bend over to get face & head wet. Location is excellent and plenty of parking space. Really needs updated.
