Location, location location! Situated on one of Inverloch's most sought after streets, this wonderfully holiday home is only 210m from the Surf Life Saving Club!

Featuring three bedrooms this house comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The Scandinavian styled open plan living, kitchen and dining area is light and bright with a large reverse cycle heating/cooling.

After a hard day at the beach, return to the property and listen to your favourite music using the Sonos wireless speaker system provided, whilst cooking a family meal on the BBQ and enjoy the serenity that the large garden with north facing aspect has to offer.

The garden is fully fenced, which provides a safe area for the whole family to play. The property also offers a newly built large deck area with BBQ for you to use during your stay and with ample space for off-street parking and a safe space for all of your surfboards, boats and jet skis.

The bedrooms are serviced by a family bathroom with a step in bath and shower, large vanity and a separate toilet. The laundry provides a washing machine and dryer.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

Cosy and comfortable. Beds were great. Only about 100 m from the patrolled surf beach! It smelled very musty when we arrived and we had to go buy a scented candle, but it was ok after that. The stove didn't work properly and we had to rework our menu for our entire stay. Other than that we had a lovely relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. The propert was close to the beach which was wonderful.

It was a good 3 bedroom property. Plenty of room. Unfortunately the taps in the shower leaked and needs attention.
