Recently built to a high standard, it includes ducted heating and cooling throughout, fully tiled bathrooms with walk-in showers and a separate bath, and a well-equipped kitchen with butler’s pantry and wine fridge.
Coffee lovers are covered with three options: a Breville Barista espresso machine, pod machine, and French press (plus milk frother). There’s also an air fryer and full laundry facilities for added convenience.
