Room was very small and faced the very noisy street. Floor seemed to be missing parts and made squeaking sounds throughout. Unfortunately, the lift was still not working and no one available to help with luggage. I saw other seniors like myself dragging their bags up and down the stairs. I did appreciate the staff member who did take pity and brought up my suitcase, while I carried the other bags.

Staff were great but this hotel needs some remediation The floors creak in the rooms and our first room, we were awoken to the folks upstairs talking quietly in bed and getting up to use the toilet with the creaky floors. We changed rooms and it helped a bit. The elevator didn't work and we were dragging our suitcases up four flights of steps, as well as our tired bodies after a full day of walking.

One night stay, chosen primarily for convenience of location and price. Clean single room, was able to check-in earlier than advertised with no cost. Lift was out of order, so a room at the far end of the second floor was a bit of a trek!

Our stay here was pleasant and comfortable and we had a nice view of the Square and unicorn statue from our room. Our room did not include meals so I cannot comment on the quality of the food, we ate at a lovely cafe around the corner. The area is very walkable and convenient. Would stay here again. We did have to park down the road away at a paid car park as there was very little parking on site.

The staff was great & the hotel is right beside the train/bus station. In addition, it is a jewel box from the 1800s. It's old, but charming as all get out. The price is good too.

This was the cutest hotel with so much character. The parking was rough as they only have a few spots but the car park was close by. The room and hotel were always clean and the staff was very friendly.

WiFi didn’t work, lifts didn’t work, smart tv didn’t work so no streaming. Restaurant was just ok. Good locations and pretty hotel with old world charm but wouldn’t stay again. Staff was very very nice. Hotel certainly needs some modern upgrades.

The lobby was impressive, staff friendly and hotel restaurant had excellent selections for vegan or vegetarian meals. Public parking was nearby. And the hotel is pet-friendly. We would come back again.
