The front desk staff, with the exception of one gal, were all very unfriendly, non-talkative, and barely looked at me.
The so-called breakfast they offered was the bare minimum and did nothing to compare to any other hotel I have stayed.
I was told to use either one of the side entrances due to the construction/renovations taking place. When I pulled around to the right of the building to use that side entrance, there were 3 employees standing there with the door open smoking. They all looked at me like what was I doing there, so I didnt even get out of my car. I went to the entrance on the left side of the building.
The worst part of it all was the complete lobby being under construction. There were also a few rooms under renovations on the 4th floor down the hall from where my room was.
There as absolutely no where to sit in the front lobby area, the construction workers were coming in in droves early in the morning and all standing around talking, with such profanity from some that was not professional or acceptable in a hotel.
I feel that I should have been told there was construction going on at this hotel when I booked my reservation. I definitely would not have stayed here, in fact I will never stay here again!
I also feel that I should be given a refund or reimbursed for my room and terrible inconvenience.
