With a generous 76 m² of space, the ground floor apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a living room and bedroom with an open kitchen, ideal for families or couples. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and private sauna – perfect for relaxing after an active day in the mountains.

On the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the Alps and end the day with fresh mountain air.



Whether skiing in winter, hiking in summer, or simply enjoying nature—here you will find peace, comfort, and a genuine piece of Bavarian coziness.



The Neighborhood:

The vacation apartment is located in a quiet, well-maintained residential complex in Bavarian country house style, surrounded by greenery and a beautiful Alpine panorama. There are other vacation apartments and permanently occupied houses in the immediate vicinity, creating a pleasant, relaxed neighborhood atmosphere.



Thanks to its location away from busy roads, there is no through traffic, so you can enjoy plenty of peace and quiet on the terrace and in the apartment. Depending on the exact location, walking trails, small meadows, or a playground are just a few steps away—ideal for families and nature lovers.



Parking is available directly at the house or in the immediate vicinity, so you don't have to carry your luggage far. Restaurants, bakeries, and small shops are within walking distance or a few minutes' drive, so you don't necessarily need a car.



Getting Around:

The vacation apartment is located in idyllic Inzell in Chiemgau, surrounded by meadows, forests, and an impressive Alpine panorama. From here, you can access numerous hiking and walking trails right from your doorstep—ideal for walking, cycling, or mountain tours of all levels of difficulty.



Inzell offers a wide range of leisure activities all year round: in summer, mountain lakes, natural swimming areas, themed and moorland adventure trails, and family-friendly excursion destinations beckon. In winter, cross-country ski trails, ski resorts in the surrounding area, winter hiking trails, and tobogganing opportunities await you.



Shops for daily needs, bakeries, restaurants, and traditional inns are located in the village and can be reached in a few minutes. Thanks to its central location in the Chiemgau region, well-known destinations such as Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden, Ruhpolding, and Salzburg are also easily accessible by car – perfect for varied day trips.
