Die Ferienwohnung CHIEMSEE befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoß, ist 50 qm groß und für zwei bis maximal vier Personen geeignet. Ein besonderer Vorzug dieser Wohnung im Anbau sind die beiden Balkone im Osten und Westen, zum Frühstücken und zum Aufenthalt in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Sie haben Aussicht auf das Rauschberg-Massiv und die Reiter-Alpe. Die Küche ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit Küchenzeile, großer Eßecke mit Eckbank und verfügt über Spülmaschine, Mikrowellen-Kombigerät und TV-Sat-anschluß. WLAN ist kostenlos nutzbar. Der Wohn-/Schlafraum ist eingerichtet mit großem Schiebetüren-Schrank, Sideboard, großem SAT-TV und Polstergarnitur mit Ausziehcouch als Schlafgelegenheit für die dritte und vierte Person. Das kleine Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett 180/200 cm betritt man durch zwei Schiebetüren. Das Badezimmer hat Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Mehrere ältere und vielleicht nicht mehr zeitgemässe Fahrräder der Marke KETTLER stehen den Gästen kostenlos zur Verfügung. In dieser Wohnung haben Sie keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn ober-, unterhalb und neben sich.
