Posted Jan. 17, 2024 on HotelsThis hotel does not speak English, they would just hang up your call. Booked a refundable stay, but they don’t honor the policy and provide refund. Stay away from this hotel, book elsewhere!

Nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, small rooftop pool and a nice restaurant in downtown Iquitos. No complaints, enjoyed my stay.

Iquitos is very hot and the Air conditioning is a must. It was very clean overall.
