Love this property! They even helped me check in early with no fee. Price of room was great! Super clean, comfy rooms. Just a heads up, there is a nightly parking fee of around $40. I plan on staying there again!!

I had lost my wallet and the front desk went out of their way to ensure I could still check in while insisting to protect my security. They allowed for me to pay with a credit card number by filling out a confidential form. They were so apologetic like it was their fault but of course it wasn’t. They also gave me a lovely gift pack for my dog with treats, a little blanket, and poop bags for him. He was the star. Then on top of everything, they put me in a phenomenal room!!! I love this place!!

It was a nice hotel but I checked in on the mobile app and I ordered the anniversary package which was supposed to be in the room when we got there and it was $75 but I had to tell my husband about the surprise so he could go down to the desk and ask them why it wasn't in our room. Apparently they weren't prepared for their app check-in so they didn't understand what my husband was talking about. Also on their website, it says the pool is closed but said nothing about the hot tub and I had booked this hotel to relax in the hot tub with my husband for our anniversary and I also talked to the live chat on the hotels website that assured me it was just the pool that was closed, but it was indeed the hot tub as well. Other than that we had a nice trip. Was clean and close to our destinations.
