Steer clear. This place is substandard.

This property made it a huge hassle to check in and then they pestered me with rude emails asking if I wanted to check out early and asking me for more money to stay an extra half hour.
They were a very poor guest experience overall.

Es un lugar sumamente hermoso y el apartamento muy limpio y accesible. Mi familia lo disfrutó. Definitivamente volvería!!!

I enjoyed that the property was on the first floor. The parking and entrance to the property were very close. The main gate was difficult to open and lock. The beach is close by. There is no washer and dryer for guest use. There is no swimming pool.

The owner sent me an incorrect pin, wasted time and gas, then I was charged with extra fees that were not indicated on the website. When I called hotels.com they told me he never answered to give out an explanation. Other than that, the location is good.

Hi, the pin of the location in the application of the web page that you rent. Is at Montones Beach. The extra fees are indicated on the web site, next time take your time to take a look, cleaning fee and security deposit is very clear indicated in the web page. The person that rent the property have access to our phone number but you need to call on regular working ours. Next time call us instead of Hotels.com and we can explain you everything you need. Just with a few minutes call we can answered all your questions.
