The house is constantly fumigated, but it is surrounded by jungle, you may find some mosquitoes, flies, quejas, or some other insect.

The condominium has security cameras. None that invade the privacy of the guests, they are found in common areas and are to reinforce the security of the condominium.

There is construction in the condominium so there may be noise, dust and personnel working in the area. This is already considered in the price.

REMEMBER THE RULES AND ENJOY YOUR STAY:
✘ No extra guests or visitors are allowed.
✘ Parties are not allowed.
✔️ Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
✘ Do not hang clothes or towels in windows, balconies or visible from public areas.
✘ Do not use towels to clean or remove makeup or paint your hair.
✘ Do not throw paper or objects in the toilet.
✘ Do not use air conditioning if there is no one in the property or with the windows or doors open.
✘ You cannot use the pool with casual clothing and a swimsuit is mandatory. Please respect pool hours.
✘ Food and drinks in glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
✘ Do not throw or leave garbage outside the apartment.
✘ Pets are not accepted.
✘ No smoking inside the property.
✘ Do not consume illegal substances.
✔️ The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.
✔️Please let us know if you see any water leaks.
✔️ Respect security personnel and neighbors.
- For each rule that is not followed, up to $200 usd penalty can be charged.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for lost keys, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel costs $20 US each.
- Reservations of more than 6 nights only include 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will have a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. (Enough so that you can use all appliances and air conditioning every night and during the day when you are at home) but do not leave it on when you are not at home or with doors or windows open.
