Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
After chat contact, the property let us know we could check in after 14.00. However, arrival at the property at 17.30 gave us a big surprise. The hotel said the room is not available, we could pay extra and then have another room. This practise is unacceptable and we went to another hotel. Don't go there!
