Great front porch, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one room with set bunk bed and third queen bed. Two bathrooms with large tub and shower off from the master bedroom. WIFI and Netflix and Disney + is available. Dining room can sit up to 10 people when pulled out. Good size kitchen with laundry room off to the side. 25 minutes from West Yellowstone and two minutes from Mack's Inn with access to canoeing and paddle boards. Miles of OHV/atv trails. Plentry of parking for hauling trailers. Fish along the North Fork River. Mesa Falls half an hour away. Golf Course 10 minutes north. On Big Springs Loop just 3 miles from John Sack's Cabin.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was perfect—very clean, well-kept, and stocked with great amenities. Check-in was simple and hassle-free. The location is about 20 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance, so if you don’t mind the short drive, it works out perfectly. The area was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of the trees, which made it a great spot to relax after a day in the park. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay here. Quiet neighborhood, lots of trees. Spacious home, adequately equipped kitchen, pantry items (spices, baking mixes, flour/sugar/oil, coffee/hot cocoa, etc.) available for guest use, big dining table, fire pit with firewood, relaxing porch, two complementary streaming services. Nice unexpected extras: a rolling cooler and two cans of bear spray (the latter we were happy to have but also happy not to use). However, bring your own ice and/or freezer packs. Reasonable distance from Yellowstone N.P. where we spent most of our time. Thanks for a fun stay; we had a great time!

We enjoyed this house so much! It was perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need. The day we checked in, the manager came by and he and my husband sat on the porch and visited for almost an hour. This was very nice for my husband and he learned more about the area, places to eat and the animals in the area. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers and had plenty of room. If we are in this area again, we will definitely stay here. We recommend it for sure. Thank you for making it such a great place to stay.

Great cabin!

House is great, has everything we needed for a 6-day stay. Back yard feels like camping with a fire pit and a table. Pleasant neighborhood, reasonable distance to Yellowstone park to drive there every day. Communication with owner and manager was excellent.Thank you!

Great Stay

Plenty of room (we had 6 adults and 1 infant). There were 3 full-queen sized beds and 2 twin beds. The host was very helpful with advice on visiting Yellowstone and some other activities in the area that we could go see! Mike also gave us some good advice for avoiding any bears and the area and dealing with all the mosquitos! He also provided some food we could use to feed some trout close by and that was pretty cool to see! The only problem we had was no air conditioning so the 5 month old we had with us did not sleep well because he would get hot and stuffy. The fans helped some but we didn’t want to have the windows opened at night because of the bears so end up being uncomfortable for the little guy. But overall we had a great time!

great location for visit to Yellowstone

Very Clean, Appreciated having general Condiments and spices. Some linens were clean but pretty stained could be replaced. Loved having BBQ, Fire Pit wood and fire starter. Property MGR. Mike was awesome enjoyed him stopping by and meeting us to explain property and facilities. Loved owner Debbie reaching out to make our stay more enjoyable. Our stay was excellent and on our return this would be the place we choose to stay. We will recommend to all Our friends and family!

Home was very clean and inviting. Really appreciated that the owner had someone stop by the house to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. Also to tell us of some places close by to check out. Not far to west Yellowstone but a very quite and peaceful setting.

This was a great place for our family of five (couple with 1 adult and 2 teenage sons). The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and all the appliances work flawlessly. The cabin is in a great spot for easy access to local trails and Yellowstone Park.

Amazing place to stay close to Yellowstone National park.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house is roomy, clean and is in a beautiful location nestled in the woods. The bedrooms were lovely and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was large and well stocked, plenty of good quality pots and pans, utensils, dinnerware and supplies. The en-suite bathroom was large, roomy and clean. Had a large walk in shower and a huge tub. They were very responsive to any questions we had. It was a perfect location to visit Yellowstone and restaurants and amenities were close by.

Spacious and well stocked

This is a great unit with plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. We had 4 adults and 2 kids (11&14) and the unit accommodated us with no issues. We had several meals in the unit and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner and property manager were very helpful and helped make our stay enjoyable. This is a great location and I highly recommend this unit if you are visiting Island Park/Yellowstone area.

Great place to stay !

House was very clean and comfortable . Plenty of seating and very well supplied. Mike was very helpful by coming soon after we checked in and gave us lots of information and answered lots of questions . We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and have never had that personal touch. He was also very accommodating to let us check in early since the house was already cleaned . I highly recommend if you are looking in this area.
