Not what we were expecting. Casino and rooms extremely outdated. Temperature in room was cold and thermostat didn’t seem to work. Hot water for shower did not work so we ended up taking luke warm showers.

This hotel is outdated, and the rooms have not been renovated in a very long time. The accommodations are worn and lack modern updates. The food is average at best, especially when compared to what the casino promotes. Security is heavy throughout the property, and the atmosphere attracts many questionable characters. On arrival, guests are subjected to facial recognition and must hand over a driver’s license before even reaching the front desk. If you are looking for a straightforward hotel stay without the noise, attention, and negative energy that come with a casino, this is not the place to choose.

The room was nice. We tried to eat in the Bistro 58 and it was terrible. The breakfast area was fine but need to have lower tables can’t get up on those high top tables. If all the three tables are used we have a big problem.

Checking ID for guest all the time is annoying!

It was ok. I never stayed there before so gave it a try. I understand having to check ID but every single time I come in. I think guest should be given a card to show or something. I’m a smoker and it’s annoying to have to go outside all the time and be ID every time.

Not what you think

Wanted to be close to friends and family. I realized a casino is attached to the hotel, but I quickly saw there was no concerns for the hotel. The room was not clean. Hairs in tub. Parking was horrendous. You have to contend with the casino patrons. Food wasn’t good either. I tale a few trips to NY and won’t be returning here.
