I come here at least once every year and the front desk staff, or the system itself, are horribly slow. I have no idea what takes them so long to confirm my booking and hand over the keys, especially considering I prepay through Expedia. It's been like this for years and I hope with all the other changes, the check in gets upgraded tremendously. And the rooms are old, bed was creaking all night. The temperatures don't adjust in the rooms, cold all night long.
