Just 500 yards from a beach and beautiful countryside, this cottage is a great base from which to enjoy a holiday on Arran’s coast.. Ground Floor:

Kitchen/dining room: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Wine Cooler, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Washing Machine, Patio Doors Leading To Garden
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Smart TV
Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Single (3ft) Bed
Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) Bed. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Enclosed lawned garden with courtyard, patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 4 steps in the garden.. This cosy cottage offers modern living with a traditional cottage feel and has been beautifully decorated to very good standard. The cottage has a wood burner to add to the ambience in the cooler evenings, and patio doors open up from the kitchen/dining room to the enclosed garden area, which make this ideal for a summer BBQ. Outside, guests can relax in the quiet rural surroundings, with an eating area overlooking a field or simply enjoy lounging in the sun in the various comfy seating areas. Follow the private pathway from the garden to cross the road to Sandbraes Park, which has a children’s play area and beach. This large open park is a great place for family picnics and outdoor games. The local village of Whiting Bay has convenience stores, a bar, restaurant and café, along with a putting green, bowling green and a golf club to keep all the family entertained. Fabulous walks for rambling and exploring. 2 Northbank Cottages is the perfect location for a family holiday or a last minute getaway. Beach 500 yards. Shop 500 yards, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
