It is so easy from E 102 to slip on your flip-flops and walk directly out to the pool and beautiful Wild Dunes beach.

At the end of the day, kick off your flip-flops and enjoy this well-appointed condominium that sleeps four. Cozy and comfortable, the living area offers fantastic views and direct access to the screen porch and kitchen. In addition to the condominium's smart design, E 102 Port O Call features hardwood flooring, beach-casual furnishings, a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. A king bed is featured in the master bedroom with direct access to the screen porch.

When it is time to trade out your flip-flops for golf shoes, you will find the world-famous Wild Dunes Links Course Pro-Shop only a five-par away. A driving range and a restaurant are located adjacent to the Pro-Shop. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Port o Call pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. Accommodations were adequate- unit could use some tlc- communication with host perfect- unfortunately access to the beach was limited and almost impossible due to the . beach being washed away from king tides. This was our second year at port o call but won't be returning due to the fact that beach repair is on hold till 2027

Wild Dunes is a beautiful resort. Port O Call condos are an excellent choice for a couple or small family. The condos are very close to the pool and ocean. Our condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only area that could be improved is the flooring. It is not level. The unevenness has caused all the tile to be loose. It sounds like you are walking on eggshells. Other than the flooring, we had a wonderful time.

This was my second stay at Port O' Call, and it was by far the best yet!The condo was beautifully maintained, clean, and comfortably furnished—truly a home away from home. The kitchen was well-stocked (food not included), making it easy to prepare meals, and the balcony offered stunning views of the ocean. My family and I had a blast hunting for seashells along the beach during the day and searching for crabs at night. Watching dolphins swim along the coastline throughout the day was such a magical experience. The property also offers nearly direct access to the pool, which made it super convenient for quick dips and relaxing afternoons. We can't wait to come back!

Charleston Getaway

The location of the property was fantastic with only a very short walk to the beach. The property is a little dated and being on the first floor, you can hear the people above you. However, you can overlook those few things because overall, it's a clean place, great location and the property owners were very responsive with clear instructions. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time in Charleston and will be back.

Great location and clean....

Floor is spongey in places when you walk on it...condo needs a pretty big overhaul, feels old....small and cozy, great access to beach and pool....bed is old and hard to sleep on...overall it was clean but certainly not worth the price .... I don't know for the money if we would stay here again but it was available last minute and we had a good time hanging out in Wild Dunes...

Complete Disrepair

Location is great with close proximity to the beach, but the property is in utter disrepair and in need of a good spring cleaning. Cable & Wifi were out when we arrived, but we’re fixed on day 2. Brown stains on a chair that my kids coined as “the poop chair.” Major dust accumulation around vents in the ceilings. Furniture knobs missing, closet door completely off the track laying in the closet, freezer makes brown ice cubes, screen door latch can be unhooked from the outside, etc. The place is also not very well equipped either 3 towels, 4 wash clothes, and not enough blankets for pull out couches. If the place had a deep clean, handy man, and were better equipped it would be great!

Super easy checkin and proccess. We had great relaxing time. Property was very clean with just few cosmetic issues that comes with age and time. Decorated beautifully and super easy to get to pool or beach. Screened porch was so nice and relaxing. Only complaint would be we had to pay another fee to use the gym on the property. Seems like when your paying that kind of money (which is alot$$$ at IOP) it could be included by the owner. Much rather have that than the 250$ credit for beach equipment we didnt use.

Glorious location for a fairly tired condo

This property was in a WONDERFUL location; from the screened in porch you see the ocean, and are just steps from the pool. Mostly quiet, great walking/biking, just a very beautiful and peaceful community. Property management was mostly responsive. The pictures are accurate to a point. This is a very tired property. Ceiling vents have black areas where dirt, dust (maybe mold?) have accumulated over the years; the floor throughout the condo indicates problems with the subfloor, joists or both - especially as you enter the kitchen or in the bathroom near the toilet. We both weigh less than average - they may need an engineer to come in the see if the subfloor/joists at the entrance to the kitchen is sufficient to carry weight over 200 lbs. We avoided stepping in that area, they have a small rug covering it. The bathroom is probably original to the property, except they've replaced the tile. Floor tile grout in the bathroom has come loose near the toilet, mold on the quarter-round, and the tub is an old jet-style that has mold in the jets (I can't imagine anyone using it as a tub). Mold around the grout in the tub, and the tub faucet sprays at an angle when showering. Old medicine cabinet. I called about the coffeemaker (which was broken) and they replaced it immediately. I also asked that someone come by to re-hang the pocket door to the bedroom, so we could close the door. Never heard back from them. In going back over the reviews, I see that the door situation is a very old one. Trying to close the bedroom door is like lifting a piece of 3/4 in. plywood to cover the opening; it would close about 3/4 of the way. Very heavy, I was concerned that it would come completely out of the opening and fall. The door from the living space into the bed/bath space would only close about 1/4 of the way due to the floor being so uneven. If you don't need doors to close, then no worries. Light fixture over the bathroom sink is missing the cover (grossness inside - don't look up) and a few light fixtures over the bed are coming loose from the ceiling. The bed was comfy, condo nicely decorated in subdued beach style. Kitchen is tiny but we worked with it - we love to cook together and managed. A really thorough cleaning beyond surface cleaning (especially the tub - truly needs replacement but at least soak it in a heavy bleach solution to deal with the mold in the jets), deal with the maintenance issues and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

We answered email about the condo, requested light bulbs as 3 of our lamps did have bulbs in them & bottom outdoor step broken. We didn’t receive the light bulbs, step was not an issue, but could be in the future with older guest.
