This bright and airy 1st-floor condo is the perfect getaway for those seeking a relaxing beach retreat. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 4 in the bedrooms, plus 2 on the sofa bed in the living room for extra flexibility. The abundance of natural light gives this condo a cheerful, welcoming feel, and with a bathroom attached to each bedroom, privacy is guaranteed for all guests. One of the bedrooms even has its own separate outside entrance, making it ideal for guests who appreciate their own space.

The real gem of this condo is its private porch area, perfect for enjoying the island breeze. Whether you bring your own lounge chairs to soak up the sun or take advantage of the existing tables and chairs for outdoor meals, it’s a great spot to unwind. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee or enjoy a family meal under the stars—your porch is the perfect place for both.

You’re just a block from the beach access (you can even see it from the porch!), so getting to the sand and surf couldn’t be easier. If you prefer to relax at home, enjoy the small, sunny pool just steps from your door.

The condo is ideally located within walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife on the island. If you prefer to cook your own meals, the full kitchen has everything you need—stove/oven, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, plus a complete set of dishes and cookware.

This condo is in a quaint complex that’s home to several year-round residents who take pride in maintaining the property’s charm. Just steps from your unit, you’ll find beautiful small gardens that add a burst of color to the peaceful surroundings.

Pet-Friendly: Your furry family members are welcome here! This condo is dog-friendly, though please reach out for pre-approval, as some larger breeds aren’t allowed. Pet fees are based on weight and added as an extra guest fee. For your convenience, there’s a vet clinic nearby, as well as pet stores and an emergency clinic in Mount Pleasant to take care of your pup’s needs.

Enjoy free Wi-Fi, free onsite parking, coin laundry facilities (located in the building, not in the condo), and a small pool for your use.

July 4th week

We had a very nice stay at IOP the week of July 3-10. Check-in was a breeze and we found the condo clean and spacious. We had a 3 yr old with us so we rented a crib from BabyAway. Unfortunately he learned how to climb out of the crib the very first night lol. We love this condo and will most likely return, but we do have one request. If possible, we’d like to have and extra lock on the front door (up high ideally), as our little escape artist found it very easy to open the front door with the lever handle. Thanks for a great week!

Girls Getaway

Beach Breeze #106 on the Isle of Palms was a perfect getaway for our girl getaway. The location was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Pet Friendly & Perfect!

This cute condo is just a short walk from the beach and everything that IOP has to offer! We were specifically looking for an affordable, pet-friendly option for this trip and this one was perfect. Beth, the property manager, was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. She made the entire process easy and simple. Our dogs loved staying there with us and there was ample places to take them for walks or potty breaks. They keep a very nice grassy area for pets to go just outside the condo door. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay and we will definitely return. Be sure to get breakfast and/or lunch at the Sea Biscuit Cafe which is only a short walk away.

Great Dog Friendly Location

My aunt, mother, and myself had a wonderful stay here. Clean and convenient to all the best the Isle has to offer. Very thankful for a place that allows my emotional support dog Daisy to travel with me. Beth even left treats for her, which was an adorable touch. This was a clean and charming home away from home, with a well-appointed kitchen and nice linens. One bed was in need of a new mattress - very uncomfortable to sleep on - and ceilings are low so watch your head around ceiling fans if you are tall!

Perfectly Located Beach Retreat

My family and I had a wonderful week at the Ocean Inn, #106. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including the ocean, restaurants, grocery store and Ben and Jerry's. Our three children enjoyed the pool daily (often had it to ourselves!) and our French Bulldog enjoyed watching the sights from her crate conveniently placed by the window each time we ventured out. The condo itself had almost everything we needed (while linens and bath towels are provided, be sure to pack your own beach/pool towels) and was very comfortable for a family of 5. The front bedroom bed was extremely comfortable and our children had no complaints about the back bedroom (although the bed was a little too springy for older backs). Overall, we loved IOP and Beth couldn't have been more accessible and helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Very Nice Condo
