Your Wild Dunes vacation experience awaits you in this fantastic three-bedroom oceanfront condominium, that is highlighted with outstanding furnishings and fixtures. Following its recent purchase, 513 Seascape features all new furnishings throughout the property. Living room, dining area, and each bedroom are completely new, capturing the unique style of the South Carolina, Charleston coast.

The kitchen is highlighted by state-of-the-art appliances (all stainless steel) crushed natural stone backsplash, under cabinet lighting, custom cabinets as well as Corian countertop surfaces.  Another unique feature of 513 Seascape is the Versailles natural stone smooth floors throughout the main living area as well as in every bathroom. Each bath has a combination of natural stone and glass tile with real cherry wood vanities and natural black marble countertop.

Other features that make 513 Seascape so special include the in-unit washer and dryer, enormous ceiling fans, and an oversized air conditioning system that will keep you cool on the hottest of days.

Finally, the spacious deck will leave you breathless as you look out over the beach and the sand that curves towards Charleston. Your family will find it difficult to leave the relaxing outdoor living space provided on the deck.

513 Seascape is located in one of the most desirable communities in the southeast. The beach is located just in front of you as you leave the elevator. Spacious and clean (Isle of Palms has been awarded the Blue Wave Award for the health of the Beach) your family will spend countless hours collecting sand dollars, seashells and building sandcastles in front of Seascape. An oceanfront swimming pool is another wonderful amenity at Seascape.

Seascape has just completed an extensive two year restoration project of the exterior of the complex. This design included a metal roofing system, gorgeous new stucco work, improved elevators, beautiful landscaping and walkways, and more.

‱ Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products.

Located in Wild Dunes, your family will enjoy its 1,600 acres, two famous golf courses, miles of bike and walking trails, a day spa, 2 œ miles of beach, as well as many different dining options! Best yet, Wild Dunes is only 30 minutes from Historic Charleston, 20 minutes from fresh seafood at the many restaurants on Shem Creek where the Charleston fish and shrimp fleet ports, and 15 minutes away from shopping in Mt. Pleasant!

**Note:**
Due to the ongoing beach renourishment, the Seascape beach access is currently closed for guest safety. There is an access path at Summer Dunes Lane—turn left from the Seascape entrance onto Palmetto Drive and Summer Dunes Lane is .1 miles down on the left. We are eagerly awaiting an update on when the beach access will reopen. Please give our local office a call if you have any questions!

*Home Truths:*
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Seascape pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Seascape pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

This is one of our favorite beach apartments ever to stay in over the previous decades. Great view, well decorated, awesome layout, quiet, updated and fully stocked! Would definitely return to this accommodation in the future.

Comfortable condo. The kitchen was quite bare and could have used a better set of knives and some basic supplies. A constant drip from the roof of the patio onto one of the outdoor chairs. Staff in the building was quite friendly and handled and the property itself as well-managed. The rental company also handled a necessary move (due to carpet replacement) quite well.

Tropical Storm Debbie was a Downer but the condo was great!

We stayed during Tropical Storm Debbie and the week was half way a wash out. However, the condo was even more beautiful than described. We enjoyed our time as a family. If Beachside Vacations can figure out how to control the weather, it would be even better!

Fantastic Accommodations !!

Our experience staying at the condo was Excellent!! The views to ocean and access was amazing. The place was super clean, the beds were very comfortable and towels were stocked. All of the amenities were great and we used the $250 credit for beach chairs and bikes for my wife and I during the stay. The property management team responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!!

Very nice!

It was a very nice stay and accurate listing to what I thought we were getting. 5 adults fit very comfortably!! A great location on the beach and nice beach, not overly crowded. I liked the decor and the condo was up to date. A few drawbacks during our stay was that out of two elevators one was broken the entire week. Every morning our neighbor smoked which ruined the nice balcony setting. An opportunity for improvement would be to replace the balcony furniture, it was old and very weathered. But overall a great week for our family.

You can hear the ocean from the master bedroom

The title says it all. The property was clean and had pretty high end finishes and furniture. Very comfortable. If we come back to Isle of Palms for another holiday, we will certainly try to stay here!

Nice property, challenging management

The property itself was nice and fairly well-maintained. Cleaned well prior to our arrival. Good ocean view. Mold in the mstr bath likely not cleanable due poor tile design. Prob with checkin left no way to enter property after hrs, stranded until next am business hrs.

Wonderful beach getaway at isle of palms

Booked the stay for our family as an adult sibling trip with our 83 year old mother. We were very comfortable and awed by the beachfront condo, it’s amenities, location , cleanliness, and views and access to beach . We were able to use s wheelchair to get our mom to the beach which is full of sea life . We enjoyed sunrise walks and close proximity to town as well as safe quite neighborhood . We took day trips to Charleston and savannah and came home to comfy bed ! We cooked but also enjoyed restaurants nearby . Loved it ! Thank you

The property was very nice and clean. Beachside Vacations was very attentive to any needs we had. The only negative was the location is not in walking distance to restaurants and the restaurants and activities on Isle of Palms close extremely early. The actual property was very clean, spacious and a lovely place to stay.

Breathtaking oceanfront gem

Beautiful condo - nicely decorated and very well kept. I would have to say that I spent more than half of the day, most days, sitting on that deck, staring at the beach/ocean, and reading. Just beautiful - and the outdoor furniture was so comfortable. The communication with Beachside Vacations was excellent - very reliable. Great relaxing vacation - couldn't have asked for more.

Beautiful condo...disappointed in pool.

We found the three bedroom, three bathroom condo clean and well-equipped for our family. My husband and I and our daughter, her husband and their two boys, ages 9 and 4. We had plenty of room to move about and the bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. However, the bottom of the pool was covered in sand and had pool furniture in it at different times, a chair or an umbrella. We were told by the maintenance man that after the board fence was removed because it obstructed the view of the ocean and the iron one installed, there was nothing to prevent the blowing sand from settling in the pool. It was also uncomfortable sitting out by the pool on a windy day because of sand being blown in your eyes. We will not likely stay in Wild Dunes again because of this problem.

Well-renovated, logistically convenient and fairly priced. Easy enough to access and get set up. We had a great stay. I would suggest that the upstairs loft needs to have better air conditioning, especially with thermostat restrictions.

Wonderful! Wonderful!

Absolutely one of the best condos we've ever rented on the East coast. Great to be there on the beach for the eclipse, and even with the power outage after the spectacular lightning storm later in the week, we had a marvelous trip. We watched the storm from the balcony for awhile, but when it got too intense we moved inside. Great show! Hats off to Beachside for keeping us updated on the electrical repairs and for the prompt response earlier in the week addressing our somewhat minor concerns. I would strongly suggest that the HOA look into the lack of functioning emergency lights on the hallway and especially in the stairwells. Without the power outage we would have been hard pressed to find anything to complain about.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a wonderful time! The accommodations were beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our week stay. The only problem we encountered was the air conditioner did not cool as it should have. Other than that, I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy the beautiful ocean and wonderful accommodations!

Home away from home at Seascape 513

Our family of five had a wonderful experience visiting in this beautiful condo. It was truly relaxing and enjoyable eating breakfast and lunch out on the balcony each day. The balcony was probably the most enjoyable experience. The view of the exposed sand bar each day, dolphins playing in the water, and men catching small to 3 foot sharks. Quiet an experience!
