2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Lagoon Villa 22 is a beautifully appointed second-floor villa — the top floor — in the sought-after Lagoon Villas community at Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms. Each of the two bedrooms has its own full en suite bathroom and its own private balcony, giving every guest in your party a place to breathe, unwind, and take in the views of the Links Golf Course. The living spaces are bright and comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the Lagoon Villas community pool is just steps away.

The beach is a 6-8 minute stroll — a pleasant walk that becomes a favorite ritual — and Wild Dunes’ shops, restaurants, spa, golf, and bike rentals are all within easy reach. Whether you’re here for a week-long family beach trip, a girls’ getaway, or a relaxing couple’s escape, Lagoon Villa 22 gives you the privacy and comfort to make it unforgettable.

Lagoon Villa 22 guests have exclusive access to the Lagoon Villas community pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your villa community.

🏋️ Fitness

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

🎾 Tennis & Pickleball

Pay-to-play court time is available at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center. We also recommend the free tennis and pickleball courts at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center — just a quick drive down Palm Blvd!
