Everything was as pictured.. beach close. My only issue was the odor from the wash machine. We did let them so hopefully all was well after we left. Communication was great w rental agency.

What a Great Location

First the 22 Lagoon Villa is gorgeous. Everything you need is there. The owners answered all my questions and gave me the info I needed to rent beach chairs and umbrella. Which you're going to need that sun is hot. The beach is a quick walk down the road and the pool is one building away. We had a super time cant wait to go back.

Very cozy and clean home away from home

Nicely decorated, excellent appliances and all 3 TVs were high quality smart TVs. Very comfy beds and spacious living room. Beautiful views from the back porches. Short walk to the beach and the wild dunes community is very well cared for and safe. Great value for the price.

Lovely home

This villa was perfect! I traveled with my mom and two teen daughters. The villa was the perfect size and we had plenty of room for all of us and then some. The lagoon and was fun to look at and see fish and turtles. The beach is just a short walk and really easy to manage with the paved sidewalks and deck ramp to the beach. Alec was the manager we communicated with and he was very helpful with all of our needs! We will be back agin!

Condo was very comfortable! Very well appointed. It was our 3rd stay at Lagoon Village Would love to come back. We didn’t realize that renting thru VRBO limited some of our access to Resort Activities That was disappointing.

Conference in Charleston with office staff. Great location convenient to downtown, but at the beach. Private, quiet, roomy. Easy to get to, close to activities, beach and downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, updated townhome!

Our stay was perfect! The unit is very clean, updated nicely, and very comfortable! Convenient to Charleston as well as Mount Pleasant where we attended wedding. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ducks and wildlife in the water below. I’d like to come back when the weather is warmer and enjoy the beach!

10 Minute Walk to the beach! Quiet and safe neighborhood!

My daughter and I rented this condo for four nights to have a girls' getaway. It was in a good location but the 6 minute walk to the beach was actually about 12 for this 60 year old lady! You cross the parking lot, then two lane road, then down another road about a block and half (no cars), onto dirt/gravel for a little bit then on to the boardwalk to the beach. The beach has no restrooms so consider that before leaving the condo (especially with kiddos). The condo has a small beach wagon and a few low to the sand beach chairs you are able to use. I chose to use Chunky's Chairs service. They charge $25 a day for two chairs with footrests and one umbrella as opposed to the Isle of Palms chair company who charges $45. Very sweet folks who had it all set up by 9 a.m. and they removed it nightly at 6 p.m. Your name will be on a reserved card hanging on the back of one of the chairs. Our favorite thing to do was take the chair (minus the footrest) and sit very close to the ocean to get our feet wet! There are no restaurants very close to the condo - we always drove over to Mt. Pleasant to eat (tons of choices - don't miss Mozzo's deli for lunch) which was about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The condo was well furnished with one king size bed which was very comfortable. Sheets were great. (No extra blankets so if you like extra bring from home). Two queen size beds in the guest room. Two bathrooms. A bit small where the toilet and tub were but still doable. The walk in shower in the master bath was very nice. Water pressure good. Takes just a minute to get hot. Plenty of towels for the two of us but you will need to bring detergent to wash them if you are there for more than a few days or if there's more than two of you. No keys to fool with - smart lock on the front door. There are three flights of stairs to reach the front door. Good to be on the top floor for no noise but could be difficult for older folks or someone with limited mobility. Pool area looked nice but we never utilized it. Two decks with two chairs each off both bedrooms. Nice for star gazing. Quiet neighborhood if you like to walk/jog. Most folks rent golf carts to zip around in. I had no info on that and didn't pursue that. Domino's delivers for a $3.99 fee in case you get the late night munchies. Kitchen was fully equipped but we didn't cook. Coffee pot and Keurig were both there. Nice washer/dryer. I give it 5 stars!

A Great Long Weekend!

We came down for a family wedding so had many outside activities to attend but it was always a pleasure to come back to this beautiful and clean condo to relax for a bit in between everything. The space worked so well for us and our 3 kids. We all loved the beach and pool and soaked in every second of our time there. Alec was wonderful and so helpful. Check in and check out could not have been easier. Hope to be back someday!
