This hotel could use some updating. I smelled cigarettes the whole time I was there. I could hear every word from the people next door. There was no hot water from the sink. It was just....ok.

Amazing location, very clean and comfortable apartments. The staff especially Fevzi at the reception was very helpful. We were well taken care of and had great service. There is a lot of options of cafes and restaurants around. The location is very safe. The aparments are .large and the beds are very relaxing. I will definitely stay again on my next trip.

The residence staff like Mohammed,Khalil and Ali have been very helpful and made our stay very comfortable Just reported about bad smell in the corridors of the place which hopefully they will treat.

Staying at Cheya Valikonagi was awesome experience. Hotel staff was incredibly helpfull. Open buffet breakfast provides pretty good options. They don't have late breakfast service. So, be there right at time. We stayed there with our little daughter. They provide portable bed/crib for the baby. Standart rooms might not have washing machine and stove. Confirm it before you go there.Location of the hotel is right at the center of Nisantasi. In overall, it was nice to stay there and I would definitely recommend it

Hotel middle of everything

Hotel lobby is v.v.narrow, it's almost a corridor!! My surprise was the apartment, I was in impression of a ONE BEDROOM apartment, it was hardly a "suit".. But the lovely staff,made it easy on my wife and I.

worst hotel

First I would like start with how the hotel cheated me I have booked for 2 bedrooms apartment but they gave me family room the room (not apartment) was too small no ventilation 2 small rooms with quarter kitchen in btween the rooms of space of 1 meter square, the kids room the tv was out off service first day no one cleaned our room second day the room still dirty and no shampoo mini bar hasn't refilled, we called the recption 2 times to bring some things but it end with no show, at the end this the worst hotel I ever been for. P.s all these notes were reported to the hotel ounwer but she didn't like our notes!! Very cheap

Great place for an extended stay

While a bit on the pricey side, this is an excellent place for an extended stay. I had a suite that had everything one would need to spend a couple of weeks. Modern and fairly new decor. Conveniently located in Nisantasi, Close enough to Taksim Square, but far enough to avoid the noise and traffic. About four blocks from the metro station, and very close to nice bars and restaurants.

J’ai choisi une chambre sur le site il m’ont donné une autre différente. De plus la salle de gym est fermée depuis la pandémie et il disent que le site n’est pas à jour pour annoncer un tel problème. La chambre est au dernier étage juste à côté des moteurs de climatisation, le bruit est horrible 24/24. L’insonorisation est nulle j’entendais les voisins parlaient mot par mot. Le matin on attendait l’ascenseur pour quelques minutes parce qu’il est bloqué par les femmes de ménage aux étages qui nous précèdent. Franchement je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
