First of all, the staff was really nice, polite, educated, friendly, is not about them. The problem is that is very bad located, almost 1 hour from Istanbul, (I spent 80 dollars per day going and coming back from Istanbul), you better add those 80 dollars for a better hotel located in the center of Istanbul. The other thing was the smell, they are burning incense all day long, the lobby, the corridors, even the bedrooms smelling incense. My family and I were with nose and throat irritated. I told them but they do not care, looks it is something religious or a custom. To finish, what you look at those pictures of the rooms, that looks like the rooms are high class suites, is just an illusion. Rooms are 2 starts. Last, Expedia should tell change the searching, if you put Istanbul do no show hotels in Arnavutkoy, 43 minutes to one hour away from Istanbul. Crazy. It cost me an extra 540 dolars.

Room was nothing like I reserved! Very hot and the street noise was crazy! The bathroom sink was filthy! They charged us $22.00 dollars for two small bowls of yogurt soup! It was a terrible night! The outside area of the hotel was filthy too!

The room ‏was extremely noisy due to the road noise and we could not sleep all night. The toilet ‏was not working and had to repaired twice during our one night stay. Terrible experience and will Never come back to this hotel.

Breakfast was fresh, parking was safe. The hotel was in the neighborhood. There’s no way they could manage the cleanliness of the outside neighborhood surrounding the hotel.

Dayot was very helpful. The airport Shuttle was very late in coming to pick us up. He upgraded us to a bigger room. And was very apologetic. Our first night it was very warm in the room. The hotel sold our room on us, made an excuse the "room was flooded". We argued in the lobby for about 30 mins with a rude employee named Dawood. He was laughing in our face and kept saying "I feel you". They forcefully transferred us to their sister hotel, AirPort Express, which was the worst airport I've ever seen. They included "free breakfast" for the "trouble". The breakfast was raw eggs with 3 pieces of cheese and some lettuce. Overall terrible experience.

Not much food options. The room we had was next to the highway with cars passing by regularly, so not good for a good night sleep.The manager couldnt arrange another room for us as the AC was not working. The breakfast is very basic, you have to pay for omelletes.
