The best stay in Istambul

Our stay at Newport Hotel was excellent. The team at front desk were amazing and very helpful and allowed us to arrange different tour options, provided great guidance on how to navigate the city, and were extremely helpful and polite. The room was great, very clean and comfortable, great beds and great location. I will definitely go back and recommend to all my friends and family.

I like the neighborhood, all the famous places are in a walking distance. Only concern is that rooms are not clean enough and stuff could be more friendly and helpful. The frond desk person didn’t offer any help with the luggage.

The hotel was great for what you are paying, in a great location with some really friendly staff. The room was quite noisy, perhaps as it was on the ground floor so you got shower and toilet flushing noises from above. The room was basic but fine for somewhere to sleep in central Istanbul.

Sultanahmet Central location

A smart budget choice, very central location in a quiet side street. Simple but clean, cosy and the staff are all friendly and courteous - good level of English is spoken by all the staff we met. My go-to lodgings next time in Istanbul

I would definitely use this hotel in the future

Great comfortable hotel, they don't provide iron so had to pay for clothes to be ironed by a laundry service.

Very near to all the historical sites - walking distance. Lots of places to eat. If you need the tram also very convenient. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet. Boiled eggs included however if you ask for anything else like sunny side up then there is an additional cost. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service by the lady at front desk. The property is located in old part of Istanbul and it’s not 4 or 5 star but the service at the front desk makes it inviting place.

Value for money

Hotel that's comfortable, clean and located near all amenities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. On arriving I was not happy with room by the morning I was moved to a room that made me happy. Management are very accomodating and try to make your stay comfortable as possible. Breakfast also was ok with variety and hot meals changing every 2days. Will definitely return here.
