We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The most friendly front staff from front staff, cleaners and concierge. Was given room options on arrival. Breakfast variety every day. Exceeded my expectations for a 4 star hotel. Location excellent to main tourist attractions, shopping and food places. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel is conveniently located in old city close to all major attractions and grand bazaar. Very friendly staff. The only problem is that the most of the rooms are looking at the wall and have not enough light.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was always helpful and kind. Omur Baydemir went above and beyond, always helpful, kind and informative. The bed was ok, though not as comfortable as other stays. When return would stay again.
