Perfect. Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Yaser are gentlemen, response is prompt and efficient, the suite is fully furnished, cleaning is daily, me and my family feel secure and in good hands. I strongly recommend Gen suites.

They couldn't provide me a good service very noisy place couldn't sleep at All booked for 3 nights i left the first night and they refuse to refund me money . Im still working on getting my refund. Bad place not very clean .never again not recommended anyone.

I had to stay in Istanbul for a week and keep on my work at the same time. So, the stable internet was crucial for me. In this hotel I did not experienced any problem with internet. Plus it is located pretty close to Taksim square (about 10 minutes walking). What i did not like was a dirty electric kettle. But in general I would recommend this hotel for staying.
