- 4th floor walk up
- There is 1 AC in the living room
- Area is very lively especially during the weekends. You may hear some outside noise.

Penalties for Violations
- Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
- Lost keys incur a surcharge of 40USD
- Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 100USD

Optional Offerings
- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
- A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
- Airport transfers are available at an additional cost

In order to host guests at our homes we ask ALL GUESTS to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information for ALL GUESTS before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.

The bedroom offers a peaceful haven, featuring a plush queen-sized bed and soft linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Wake up refreshed and ready to tackle the day ahead!

The metro station is right next to our home. Taxi's can be found at your door step. Public transportation at your finger tips!
