Would not recommend staying here. Our two big issues were the towels were always dirty- and yes I mean the “clean” ones they bring you. The first day we also tipped our cleaner in person after they cleaned our room but the second day we were gone all day so we left it in the room with a note. We came back to find the note and tip gone but our room completely uncleared (this was late in the day). This is not the kind of serving you expect for a Hyatt and I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel felt very luxurious. Very comfortable bed, large bathrooms, and decorated very nicely. It was easy to walk to Taksim Square.
